La Salute Church ... we'd seen it from the Canal on our first day. It was such a striking building that, when we sat down for lunch, we asked our waiter its name. When we finally entered, we found that the inside was just as remarkable as the outside.
Frari Church .. Our guides gave us an impressive impromptu tour of this historic church and artwork when our entrance to the Accademia Gallery was unavoidably delayed. Brava!
The exterior of the Frari is very plain in comparision to the interior.
